EVENTS & CONFERENCES
In consideration of the public health concerns related to COVID-19, we have made the careful decision to cancel Watoto Children’s Choir event March 28 here at The ROC Church. We are not being fearful, we are being responsible and following the recommendations from Saskatchewan Health Authorities. We look forward to hosting Watoto again in the future!
Watoto is a family of people from all over the world who are working together to ensure that the forgotten have a place to belong.
In a time of civil war, we planted Watoto Church in Kampala, Uganda to speak hope and life to the nation.
Since then, Watoto has placed thousands of orphans in families, empowered vulnerable women to reach their communities, rescued babies and former child soldiers, and sent children’s choirs across six continents.
As we work alongside the most vulnerable in our society, our aim is to rescue individuals and raise each one as a leader in their sphere of life so that, in turn, they will rebuild the nation.
You’re invited! Be a part of this vibrant worship experience. We’re excited to bring you the Watoto Children’s Choir performing their brand new album, “We Will Go”. As the children share their personal stories and present live worship music from Uganda, you’ll see firsthand the power of God’s love transforming lives around the world. This is a free concert and a fundraising event.
